Cut two large, identical circular plywood panels to serve as the main reel discs. Drill uniform perimeter holes around the edges to act as 'sprocket' windows where the birds will access the seed.

Construct a central cylindrical storage chamber using food-grade clear acrylic tubing or cedar slats. Connect this center tube to the two plywood discs using threaded rods to maintain structural tension.

Install small wooden dowels between the outer rims of the circular panels to simulate the appearance of a film strip running through the projector. These dowels also serve as convenient perches for birds landing on the feeder.

Finish the feeder with a water-resistant exterior grade stain and attach a decorative vintage-style metal handle to the top. The design allows for a slow, gentle rotation in the wind, creating a subtle kinetic display.
