Construct a stepped spire roof using reclaimed copper sheeting to add a touch of authentic, metallic elegance. The metal will gradually develop a patina, adding a sophisticated, aged character to the top of your tower.

Finish the wood with a high-grade, food-safe exterior spar varnish to withstand seasonal weather elements. Apply thin black pinstriping paint to the exterior corners to emphasize the clean, dramatic verticality of the skyscraper aesthetic.
