Mix a small batch of deep-sea blue tinted epoxy resin and pour it into the carved depression to form the basin floor. Once partially cured, embed small river stones and decorative faux sea glass to achieve an authentic coastal aesthetic.

Construct a canopy using light-colored, weather-resistant cedar strips to protect the feed basin from moisture. Attach this overhead structure to the driftwood using copper wire supports that mimic the look of seaside kelp.
