Steampunk Dirigible Airship Seed Dirigible

Shape the main fuselage by laminating thin cedar strips over a cylindrical form to create a smooth, aerodynamic airship hull. Sand the exterior to a fine grit before applying a marine-grade varnish to ensure the wood can withstand moisture.

Construct the internal seed reservoir using a clear acrylic tube secured at the center of the airship body. Design the bottom of the fuselage with a removable brass hatch that allows for easy refilling of seeds.

Fabricate the structural gondola and side propellers from scrap walnut and polished brass tubing. Attach these components to the underside of the airship using decorative copper rivets to enhance the industrial aesthetic.

Install a sturdy brass wire harness connected to the nose and tail fin to allow the airship to hang horizontally. Add small landing perches along the sides to accommodate birds as they approach the feeding ports.
