Select lightweight, naturally forked willow or alder branches to form a primary dendritic frame that mimics organic tree growth. Secure the structure to the treehouse rafters using flexible, vibration-dampening leather wraps to allow for slight natural movement.

Apply a living mycelium composite paste to the branch joints, reinforcing them with natural hemp fiber. Once cured, this creates a seamless, structural bond that integrates the wood into a singular, gallery-style sculpture.

Install custom-machined brass gimbal mounts at the tips of the branches to house precision-cut leaded glass prisms. These gimbals allow for manual adjustment, ensuring the prisms capture direct sunlight through the foliage at various times of day.

Apply a final coating of food-grade beeswax to the wooden branches to seal the mycelium and enhance the natural grain. Position the assembly in the primary sunlight path to transform the space into a dynamic, shifting environment of colored light.
